I have over 10 years of experience as an events producer and multifaceted marketer, producing content & experiences for individuals & organizations in the realms of environmental justice, public health, documentary storytelling, experiential education, user experience in social media, among others. I’ve had extensive experience in the environmental non-profit space, producing events to connect stakeholders and create shared vision & community amongst many diverse organizations. I excel in strategic thinking and building relationships, and I am an interdisciplinary collaborator who can weave people together with a shared sense of purpose.

I am inspired by a vision for a future where we have learned how to live in peace with one another and in symbiosis with the Earth. Presence
I am guided by a desire to practice presence, and I am continually amazed at what magic unfolds when I am present to what is. The power of our presence is remarkable and paradigm shifting~the light of our awareness is infinite.
Joy
I try to stay connected to the joy of being, and to share this joy with the world around me across all contexts. I practice gratitude and aspire to hold a reverential relationship to life to stay connected to this joy.
Listening
I value deep listening and will forever be a student in the art of listening. I am learning how to more deeply listen to myself, to my body, to others, and to all of life. I’m learning that being a good listener is also about staying open and receptive to feedback.
Compassion
I believe that we can transform our world through compassionate communication, and I am grateful for frameworks such as NVC (non-violent communication) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) that support me in this endeavor. I believe that cultivating practices of self-compassion can change the world, and find that the more I learn to love and accept all my parts, the better I can compassionately show up for others.
Interdependance
The recognition of our interdependance to one another leads to growth and expansion. We are biologically programmed to mirror each other as interdependent organisms. We see ourselves through the clear reflection of another.
Evolution
I believe that consciousness is nonlocal, meaning we share a collective consciousness and we all have the opportunity to contribute to our collective evolution. I am continuously working on embracing the impermanence of life to keep growing and evolving.
